  • Please read carefully the documentation on our Hair Products. Please be advised that these hair products come under the category of cosmetics and we cannot guarantee if these hair products will be suitable for your skin or hair type. The SDS (Safety Data Sheet) sheet for the hair product can be sent to you upon request.
  • We are not liable if you or your client/customer/consumer has a side effect on their hair or skin with the use of our products.
  • If you are ordering our products from outside of Canada, please be sure of duties/taxes on the products in your country. You have to pay the duties/taxes in addition to the purchase price of the products in Canada
  • It is your responsibility to educate your client/customer/consumer in detail about how the Hair Extensions must be cared for. See our recommended care here.
  • Expect to see slight colour variation from strand to strand within, and from, bundle to bundle of hair extensions. This variation is a natural occurance.
  • Extension colours are represented online to the best of our ability. Please be aware the colour on your screen may differ to the colour you’ll see in person. We only recommend colour matches done in person, using our Extension Colour Swatch Ring.

    Returns

    • Hair Extensions: FINAL SALE
      • Hair Extensions cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Please select the correct type, length and colour of extensions BEFORE processing your order
    • Hair Products: RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
      • Product returns are only accepted if they are unused and the seals have not been broken
    • Tools: RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
      • Tools returns can only be accepted if they are unused and in their original packaging
    • We do not offer cash refunds
    • Returns for store credit will only be accepted if:
      • The return request is made within 15 days of purchase
      • The shipping cost of the return is covered by the returnee
